Afterwards, the decision will be entirely yours to make. Before we can go any further, I want you to be aware that cashog is another one of the many scam sites you will find on the internet.
There are so many things that I noticed are fishy about this scam sites. I am going to give you all the details so that you are well informed and don’t end up falling for their trap.
Cashog Review Summary
Product/Platform Name: Cashog
Website : cashog.co
Owner: “Anonymous ”
What exactly is cashog.co?
Typically, cashog is a website that offers people an opportunity to make money through easy and simple tasks. They claim to be social influencers. You should know that many of the scam sites make the same claim probably because they know social influencing is a legitimate business.
There are so many scam sites like cashog that take advantage of people and trick them into joining their fake websites. They shower you with false promises of making lots of money as a way of enticing you. In the end you don’t earn anything from them.
As a matter of fact, you only time, energy and resources and realize it when its already too late. They cannot live up to their promises because they simply don’t have all that money to pay you.
What the people behind cashog are after is to collect your data and sell it to third parties for their own benefits. They don’t really care if it will be used for to do unscrupulous things.
How does cashog.co really work?
When you take a look at their website, the first thing you notice is the claim that you can make $500 in a day. As I always say, scammers are really smart and will use such catchy words to attract your attention.
Very few people would be able to resist this temptation. However, there are questions that you ought to be asking yourself. For starters, if making money online was that easy, why are there still people who are going to their usual day jobs? I mean we would all have quit our jobs and are at home making this quick money.
Aside from that, you apparently earn about $10 to $15 from the referrals that join cashog from your link. All you have to do is share the referral links on all your social media platforms and watch as money flows in. If you have never been a victim of scam sites, something like this can get you really excited. Unfortunately, you are in for a rude shock. You will not get a penny of all that money you are supposedly earning.
There is also the $25 that you are rewarded with once you sign up and become a member. They definitely use this as a way to convince more people to join their site. What’s more, they go further to give you a false sense of security by adding the $25 on your cashog account. This is bound to motivate you even more so that you continue working for them.
The other thing is the task wall. Here you have to complete some very easy tasks that are actually meant to be online surveys. You apparently get paid a total of $30 when you successfully complete each task.
Allow me to point out there is no legitimate online survey that will pay you more than $2. By now you should already be cautious about this site. If they are paying you all this money, where are they getting it from and how are they making profits?
The tasks wall comes with prize draws included in it. If you asked me, this is another smart move by the scammers. For one thing, the various winning prizes such as smartphones and shopping vouchers are all fake. They are only meant to trick you into participating in their sham surveys.
Furthermore, they ask you to fill in personal details such as email address and phone numbers before you can enter a prize draw. Do you remember what I said earlier that they are a data harvesting scam? Trust me you will receive endless spam emails, text messages and even unsolicited calls after that.
The red flags in cashog
There are so many things that don’t add up and make absolutely no sense if you take a good look at this website. Let’s get into all the details so that you have a clear picture of what am talking about. These red flags are also evident in sites like eazy dollars, swag pay, and MVP bucks.
Fake prize competitions
All they say is that you will be notified about your prize via email and you never hear from them again. In many instances, when the value of the prize is very high, then chances are it’s not legit. When you see a prize such as $500 Amazon gift voucher, then it has to be sponsored by that brand. The prize competitions on the cashog are all fake in this regard. None of those prizes had been sponsored by the particular brands.
This is one of the most common red flags with scam sites. As a matter of fact, if you notice a site has fake testimonial just run while you can. The videos of people saying how much they have benefited from cashog and how it has changed their lives are all scripted. Moreover, those are hired actors from freelancing sites such as fiverr.
For example in this below Youtube testimonial:
In addition, some testimonials are similar to the ones on other known scam sites such as paid4clout. How reckless can this people be? You can check for yourself, there is the same person who has earned the same amount of money on both websites.
Hidden information about the owner
There is no information whatsoever about who are the founders and owners of cashog. A legitimate company should be transparent and provide all the information people need to know about them. As a matter of fact, there is no page for ‘About Us’. This is so typical of scammers because they know that they are involved in some shady business.
False company information
This is another red flag common with scam sites. Most of them will give false information about the members of the site and even the amount of money they have paid out. This one claims to have over 300 thousand members and has already paid out $44 million to its members.
The surprising part is that this website was created barely two months ago. Their domain was first registered on 28th June. If you do the math, then all these claims of having paid out $44 million don’t add up. Considering the short time frame they have been in business, this is not possible.
Lack of a support system
What kind of a company gives out a non-existent email address to its members. I checked their email address and sadly it does not exist. This means that these people have no intention whatsoever of hearing from you or even replying to any of your questions. Furthermore, they don’t really care. How then can you trust such a program?
Don’t let them trick you with their Facebook page
I have to admit that am impressed that they actually put in some efforts and created a Facebook page that looks legit. The scam site I have reviewed before did not have a working Facebook page. Well, I would tell you one thing as early as now, don’t let them fool you with that Facebook page.
Cashog even went the extra mile and posted some proofs of payment. I hate to admit but they are all fake. If you don’t believe me, very soon lots of people will be calling out cashog once they fail to receive any payment.
Is cashog.co legit or a scam?
At this point, you must already have the answer to that question. They are a total scam. First and foremost, they are not going to pay you anything. At first they will make the entire process very difficult for you and take you round in circles. You will have to complete various tasks, fill uncalled for forms and go about clicking on advertisements.
Unfortunately, even after all this they will still not pay you. They will either ignore you or close down your account with some lame excuses. Once many people have discovered they are a scam and word has gone round, they pull down that website and create a new one with a different domain.
It is sites such as cashog.co that destroy the reputation of some legitimate websites on the internet that can earn people some real cash. Always be on the lookout for scammers, they are everywhere.
